There will be three COBIT 2019 training courses delivered by Analytix Academy (Pty) Ltd: Bridge, Foundation and Design and Implementation
COBIT Bridge Course and Exam: Exam is delivered through APMG. This exam is intended for current COBIT 5 accredited trainers to get them accredited to train COBIT 2019 Foundation course in addition to the COBIT Bridge course.
This one-day bridge course highlights the concepts, models and key definitions of the new framework with a primary focus on the major differences between COBIT® 2019 and COBIT5.
The Bridge exam is available now.

- Pass mark is 75% (15/20)
The COBIT Bridge exam will also be made available to other COBIT 5 certificate holders to help upscale their COBIT product knowledge. Existing COBIT 5 ATOs and individual trainers who meet the necessary accreditation requirements (stated below) can deliver COBIT 2019 Bridge training and exams.
COBIT 2019 Foundation: Exam is delivered through ISACA. This exam is intended for:
- Individuals new to COBIT and looking to become accredited to teach the COBIT 2019 Foundation course; and
- Exam candidates who have taken the 2-day COBIT 2019 Foundation course and wish to earn the COBIT 2019 Foundation certificate.
Developed to prepare attendees for the COBIT® 2019 Foundation certificate exam. This training course will dive into the context, components, benefits and key reasons COBIT is used as an information and technology governance framework.

COBIT 2019 Design and Implementation: Exam delivered through ISACA, available in April 2019. The pre-requisite is a pass at COBIT Bridge or COBIT 2019 Foundation levels.
Developed to prepare attendees for the COBIT® 2019 Design and Implementation certificate exam. Attendees will learn how to design a tailor a best fit governance system using COBIT.
