The British Standards Institute (BSI) has published a new Standard ISO/IEC 22301 that clearly defines the process, principles and terminology of Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Business Continuity Plan (BCP) Development.
This overview presentation addresses the need for adopting a BCM policy and framework and explains how ISO/IEC 22301 could assist organisations to ensure that mission critical activities and key risk scenarios have been included in the Business Continuity Plans, and that businesses respond to adverse situations timely and appropriately.
Managers and professionals will gain an understanding about Business Continuity Management issues affecting organisations today.
ISO/IEC 22301 is introduced and explained at a high level as the best practice model and standard for Business Continuity Management. Managers and other professionals will gain insight about the components of the ISO/IEC 22301 standard and specification, implementation aspects, and the relationship with Corporate Governance and risk management.
This four hour high-level course provides you with a comprehensive understanding of Business Continuity Management (BCM).

What are the minimum and the maximum number of candidates we can train in-house?
The minimum number of candidates required for in-house training is 6. With regard to the maximum number, this depends a little on the size of the training room you have available, but we normally say between 15 – 25.
