The course is aimed at Project Managers and others involved in Project Management who want to understand how to apply agile approaches within an overall project management lifecycle framework.
This course prepares students to write the APMG’s and Exam EP-APMP: Agile Practitioner exam. Exam Format is 2½ hours, multiple choice questions, 4 questions per paper, 20 marks available per question, 40 marks required to pass (out of 80 available) – 50% & an open book (restricted to the official manual only) examination. The delivery method of the exam is Proctor-Led & Computer-Based.
Pre-requisites accepted to be eligible to take the Practitioner examination include:
- AgilePM Foundation Certificate (either 2010 or 2014 version), or
- DSDM Atern Foundation Certificate, or
- DSDM Advanced Practitioner Certificate

Do you only deliver training in Johannesburg?
No, we deliver training in all 9 provinces within South Africa. We have also delivery training in several countries such as Belgium, The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Togo, Zambia, Rwanda, Tanzania and Swaziland.
What are the minimum and the maximum number of candidates we can train in-house?
The minimum number of candidates required for in-house training is 6. With regard to the maximum number, this depends a little on the size of the training room you have available, but we normally say between 15 – 25.
